Dear Heather,

Sorry it’s taken me a couple of weeks to get in touch; we are still walking around in a cloud and trying to get back to every day life. I hope you enjoyed your time away too.

I have been spending many a spare moment trying to think how best we can convey our feelings about the day and our heart felt thanks to all at the Arundell. All words seem inadequate some how.

Every one at the Arundell without exception, were fantastic and made our day the truly awesome experience that it was. Lots of the guests are still contacting us with their comments and compliments on the venue and the service that the Arundell provided. It was just so good to have no worries on the day, to be guided through the day knowing that every thing was in hand.

The Arundell also gave us that ‘certain something’ that is hard to define, some thing on top of the excellent service and top quality food (please extend out enormous respects to Steve for the food which was exquisite). Perhaps it was the sense that every one seemed to be sharing in our celebrations some how or the feeling that every one was working hard towards achieving our perfect day, not merely because it’s their job, but because they take pride in what they do and genuinely wish to please. It’s the kind of customer service that would be priceless if it could be bottled and sold!

We’d be very grateful if you would be kind enough to pass on our heartfelt thanks to all at the Arundell please as well as accepting our thanks your self for all you did in preparation for the day.

We look forward to calling in to see every one when ever we are home.

'Thank You For Everything'

Thank you for everything you did to make our wedding such a huge success, we have received so many lovely comments about how wonderful the reception was, especially the food! With all the snow it must have been quite a challenging day for all of the staff. You really did go above and beyond to make my life easy, which was no mean feat given I was half way around the world in LA. From your flexibility accomodating all my ideas about table arrangements and service to make sure I didn't worry about a thing on the day, (even when the cake collapsed)!

'The Food Was Sumptuous'

Dear Heather, this is a somewhat belated expression of thanks for the way that The Arundell Arms managed Margaret & Brian's wedding on 18th December 2010. Despite the snow and ice the event flowed smoothly, we all enjoyed ourselves, the food was sumptuous and your staff friendly and professional. In view of Margarets background in event management you realised at an early stage that she would be a demanding bride. Your approach was always sincere and understanding and at each planning visit you welcomed us with warmth. Your kitchen came up with delicious and beautifully presented food and the front of house staff looked after us with precision also. The skills of whoever re-erected the wedding cake that was delivered were much appreciated. Not many of the guests even knew it had toppled! The Arundell Arms remains and will always be full of happy memories for us all.
