HELP US TO SAVE THE GREAT BRITISH PUDDING!
The launch of Devon's very own pudding club on June 1st at The Arundell Arms Hotel and Restaurant was a resounding success with diners being treated to a delicious 3 course lunch followed by 5 different puddings.
Pudding club events are hosted on the 1st Tuesday of every month and at the end of the year "pudding of the month" winners will be the centre of a Gala Dinner where one will be crowned as Devon's own "Queen of puddings".
The difficuly is of course choosing a winner from the mouth watering options. June's winning pudding was The Steamed Dark Chocolate Pudding.
Tuesday 3rd July saw some great British summer puddings go "head to head".
Each pudding is created by our Master Chef Steve Pidgeon and his
brigade of talented chefs.
You can enjoy one, or of course taste them all, the choice is yours.........
Afterwards whilst relaxing with a coffee, you can cast your vote to decide which will be the winner for August.

Come and join us on Sunday 15th August for a lazy hazy summer brunch. Serving from 10.30am with last orders from 11.45am there will be no need to rush out of bed on this summer Sunday.

New Year at the Arundell Arms Hotel
Arrive on New Years Eve to be greeted by a real
Devonshire Cream Tea and a glass of Winter Pimms beside our roaring log fire before retiring to your room to get ready for the evening.
At 7:00pm join us in the hotel lounge for a champagne reception and canapés where you will be greeted by the Hotel Management Team.
At 8:00pm you will be invited to join us for a gastronomic seven course gala dinner prepared by our award winning chef Steve Pigeon and his brigade.
After dinner you will be treated to an evening of
live music and dancing to our Jazz Band – “Art Deco.”
On New Years Day, wake up to a hearty brunch with a glass of Bucks Fizz.
The rest of the morning is yours to enjoy as you wish. How about a leisurely walk down by the river, or for those brave enough a brisk guided walk to the famous Wistman’s Wood on
Dartmoor will be arranged. Spaces for this trip will be limited so please
reserve in time to avoid disappointment.
Upon return to the hotel, you will be greeted with a buffet style afternoon tea with a warm glass of mulled wine in the lounge next to the fire.
That evening join us for dinner at your leisure with servings between
7:00pm – 9.30pm.
On the morning of departure, join us in the restaurant for a hearty Devon breakfast before safely making your way home.
