Superbly located in the midst of five hunts, opportunities for hunting in the UK rarely get better than this. From the moorland and wooded hillsides of the Lamerton to the steep wooded valleys and high hedge banks of the Spooners and West Devon, enjoy the thrill of hunting in beautiful Devon and Cornwall. We can arrange livery for your own horse or organise an experienced hunter delivered to the meet ready to go.
Riding Lessons
With opportunities for beginners to advanced riders, we can tailor a riding experience to suit at our local BHS Approved Equitation Centre. They have two all-weather outdoor schools, show jumps and a cross country course. Enjoy the graceful art of dressage or the exhilaration of cross-country and show-jumping. Learn new skills or enhance your own with expert instruction.
Trekking
The most natural way to enjoy the countryside is on horseback and trekking is the best way to enjoy the scenery of Dartmoor. Think heather-covered moorland, wooded gorges, tumbling rocky rivers, patchwork farmland and craggy granite tors. This popular and friendly yard provide accompanied rides all year round for all abilities and ages (min 5 years old).
