Hotel Bar & Restaurant

Private Dining
Birthdays, special family occasions or corporate events, our private dining rooms are suitable for an intimate dinner for 6 or a larger reception for 100. With 2 AA Rosettes, Master Chef Steven Pidgeon will create a menu to suit your exact requirements.
Courthouse Bar & Restaurant
Formerly the old police station and court, the Courthouse Bar serves home-cooked food, pub-favourites and dishes from the 'Specials Board'. Expect well-kept real ales and an admired list of wines at great value. Children and well-behaved dogs are welcome.

We take great interest in our wine list; a concise, balanced selection from quality-conscious growers around the world. We adopt a policy of sensible prices, prefering to see bottles drank rather than gathering dust in the cellar. Most are bought through Christopher Piper Wines, based in Ottery St Mary.
